How can I determine the cooling fan cut output at 70 mph the speed limit is 60 mph?
Manufacturers specifications published indicate a cooling fan for AC is shut off when the car reaches the speed of 70 mph.
Put him in an elevator. Then the wheels can turn at 70 mph without the car moving.
